The Gulf Oil Spill- Who's Responsible?

Partners in slime? A government report said BP, Halliburton and Transocean are all to blame for the Gulf oil spill last year which killed 11 workers and spewed 200 million gallons of oil into the ocean. Now BP says Halliburton destroyed evidence related to the explosion.
